The stock WHM screen is fine until a customer thinks they bought hosting from you. This license is the theme package: your logo and colors, installed on the cPanel server you already license.

It does not replace the cPanel license
The theme is the coat. The server still needs its own cPanel license to run the panel.
Resellers do not edit the zip
Brand settings supply the company name and logo, so a new logo does not mean repacking the theme by hand.
